Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Health First CPR & Safety Training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Course Registration and Payment

• Course fees are due at the time of registration
• All fees are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled class
• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours notice
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment

Certification Requirements

To receive certification, students must:

• Attend the full course duration
• Pass the skills evaluation
• Pass the written examination (where applicable)
• Complete all course requirements as specified by the American Heart Association

Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally during all training sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the learning environment, without refund.

Liability Limitations

Health First CPR & Safety Training provides training for educational purposes. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of skills learned in our courses. Certification does not guarantee successful outcomes in emergency situations.

Intellectual Property

All course materials are the property of the American Heart Association and Health First CPR & Safety Training. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
